Threaded Tee Fittings Manufacturer in India
Threaded Tee Fittings Manufacturer in India
Sachiya Steel International is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, TÜV-approved, and MSME-registered Threaded Tee Fittings Manufacturer in India, with 20+ years of industry experience. We supply threaded tee fittings designed to create branch connections in piping systems using threaded ends instead of welded joints. Our range includes carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, and alloy steel fittings, with specifications suited to different industrial requirements.
From material selection to thread specifications, we focus on supplying fittings that match the required dimensions, grades, and applicable standards. We can manufacture and export up to 100 tonnes per month, with products supplied to customers across 85+ countries. Our range supports industrial piping applications in oil and gas, chemical processing, petrochemicals, power generation, and engineering. Thread types, pressure classes, and material documentation can be arranged according to product specifications and order requirements.
What Are Threaded Tee Fittings?
Threaded tee fittings are T-shaped forged pipe fittings with internal threads on all three openings. Two openings face each other along the run, and the third opens at 90° as the branch. Each opening has a female thread, so the pipe screws into the fitting.
The tee splits one flow into two branches, or joins two flows into one, without any welding. Fitters seal the threaded joints with PTFE tape or thread sealant, and the tapered thread tightens as the pipe goes in. ASME B16.11 sets the dimensions of forged threaded tees, and ASME B1.20.1 sets the NPT thread form. We also cut BSP threads for equipment that follows the British or ISO standard.
Threaded Tee Fittings
High-quality threaded tee fittings designed for reliable pipe connections in demanding oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, marine and engineering applications, available in various materials, sizes and grades.
Threaded Tee Fittings Types We Supply
As a threaded tee fittings Manufacturer, we offer different tee configurations, pressure classes, thread standards, and material options to suit small-bore piping systems across industrial applications.
- Equal Threaded Tee: Features three threaded openings of the same nominal size, allowing a branch connection without reducing the pipe diameter.
- Reducing Threaded Tee: Connects a smaller branch pipe to a larger main line, combining branching and size reduction in one fitting.
- Class 2000 Threaded Tee: A forged fitting option for compatible lower-pressure applications, with suitability determined by material, size, and operating conditions.
- Class 3000 Threaded Tee: Commonly selected for general industrial piping where the specified pressure class meets the system requirements.
- Class 6000 Threaded Tee: Designed for applications requiring a higher fitting pressure class, subject to the applicable standard and service conditions.
- NPT Threaded Tee: Uses tapered NPT threads according to ASME B1.20.1, commonly specified for compatible industrial piping connections.
- BSPT and BSPP Threaded Tee: Available with tapered or parallel British Standard Pipe threads for equipment and piping systems that require these connection types.
- Stainless Steel Threaded Tee: Grades such as F304, F304L, F316, and F316L offer corrosion resistance for suitable chemical, food processing, and pharmaceutical applications.
- Alloy Steel and Low-Temperature Threaded Tee: Options such as F11, F22, F91, and LF2 serve specified high-temperature or low-temperature applications, depending on the material standard.
- Duplex and Super Duplex Threaded Tee: Grades such as F51, F53, and F55 are used in selected offshore, marine, and seawater systems requiring strength and corrosion resistance.
Available sizes, pressure classes, thread forms, and materials depend on the applicable specifications. Matching the thread standard and pressure rating to the connected pipes is essential for a suitable, reliable connection.
Why Choose Threaded Tee Fittings?
Threaded tee fittings are a practical choice when a piping system needs a branch connection without welding. Their threaded ends allow pipes to be assembled and removed using suitable tools, making them useful for maintenance work, equipment connections, and smaller piping networks.
- No Welding Required: Connect compatible pipes through threaded ends, reducing the need for welding equipment and hot-work procedures during installation.
- Easier Maintenance: Threaded connections can be dismantled when inspection, replacement, or system modifications are needed.
- Compact Branching: Create a 90° branch connection without adding a separate welded branch assembly.
- Suitable for Small-Bore Lines: Commonly used in instrument lines, utility piping, compressed air systems, and selected water and process applications.
- Flexible Material Choices: Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials suited to the operating environment.
- Faster Assembly: Standardized threads help simplify installation when the pipe size, thread type, and fitting specifications match.
Threaded tees must be selected according to pressure, temperature, fluid compatibility, thread standard, and service conditions. For high-pressure, high-temperature, or hazardous-fluid systems, the suitability of threaded connections should be confirmed against the applicable piping code and engineering requirements.
